H&W Foodservices is the only broadline foodservice distributor on Oahu with an in-house protein processing facility where our Palama Meat products are produced. With products ranging from Prime Steaks to Ground Chunk Patties, our processing team is here to help you ease your labor cost. Our Facility

Our processing facility was designed from the ground up to serve a single purpose: manufacturing of proteins. All working spaces within the facility are floor to ceiling wash down capable. Our facility has multiple temperature zones for processing, tempering, and housing finished products.


Our facility is registered with the USDA, the FDA, and the State Department of Health. We have a full-time QA/QC manager who adheres to the stringent policies and procedures of our HACCP program. We also have an on-site QA/QC laboratory to process the daily environmental and food quality tests to ensure that the products we provide are safe for consumption.


H&W Foodservice/Palama Meat has been processing proteins for over 50 years. The H&W Foodservice Manufacturing Facility is available to address your needs. Some of the products that we produce

Our ground beef products range from fine grinds to 1/8″ grinds. These are available with fat ratios ranging form 80/20 to 93/7. We also have Island Grass Fed ground beef. Packed and available in chubs, vacuum packs, and free fall.

If you prefer an already formed patty; we have 80/20 ground beef patties available in 4/1 and 8/1 sizes as well as a 2 oz slider.

We have Ribeyes and Knuckles sliced in thicknesses ranging from 1/16″ to 3/16″ for teriyaki and bbq beef. We also have beef portioned for chop suey.

Palama Meat produces cubed meat for stews. Sizes available are 1″ and 1.5″ which are cut from beef chuck and brisket.

Palama Meat produces striploin steaks, ribeye steaks, and short ribs in various sizes.

Also available under our Palama Meat line is marrow bones, oxtails and raw cornered beef briskets.

Ground pork is available in 70/30 and 80/20.

Pork Chops and Pork Steaks are available either boneless or bone in. Depending on your preference we have center cuts and end cuts to choose from.

Thin sliced pork is available either 1/8″ or 3/16″. We also have ready to use pork chop suey.

Thin sliced pork belly is available with both the rind on and the rind off in thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 1/2″.

We have cubed pork for sweet and sour spareribs and stews ranging in sizes from 1.5″ to 2″.

Pork lacones and pork hocks are also available for purchase.
